LEHIGH — Lehigh Lions Club Deer Hunters Breakfast is 7 to 11 a.m. SATURDAY at the Community Center, Lehigh. All you can eat pancakes, sausage and eggs will be served. Tickets are $6 for adults and children ages 11 and under are free. All proceeds will go toward community projects.

LEHIGH — Lehigh Women’s Club Bake Sale is 7 to 11 a.m. SATURDAY at the Lehigh Community Center during the Lions Club breakfast. Homemade noodles may be purchased for $3.50. There will also be baked goods and nuts.

HUMBOLDT — Kiwanis Christmasland is open 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. SATURDAY and SUNDAY at 407 First Ave. S., Humboldt, directly south of the Humboldt City Hall. Donations will be accepted.

HUMBOLDT — Shine On at Sheldon is 6 to 9 p.m. SATURDAY and SUNDAY at Joe Sheldon County Park, Humboldt. Admission is $5 per vehicle.

CLARION — The Clarion Senior Citizen Center is holding an Open House from 1 to 4 p.m. TODAY at The Depot, Clarion. There will be coffee, cookies, activities and door prizes.

LEHIGH — The Lehigh Wednesday Coffee Drinkers Third annual Christmas Tree Walk is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. SUNDAY at the Lehigh Community Center, Lehigh. Santa Claus will be in attendance from 1 to 3 p.m. Bring your tree, wreath, etc. after 1 p.m. Saturday to set up.

GOWRIE — Southeast Valley FCCLA is holding Cookies and Cocoa with Santa from 9 to 11 a.m. SATURDAY in the high school commons. Santa will arrive at 9:30 a.m. There will be pictures with Santa, cookies and hot chocolate, games, story time, Christmas coloring, reindeer food and letters to Santa. Cost is $5 per person, ages two and under are free.

CLARION — Santa and Jingle Jam is 10 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at Rustic Raven and The Warehouse, Clarion. Children may purchase gifts for their parents, grandparents, teachers, etc. Every item is $5 and they may wrap the gifts themselves.

EMMETSBURG — Emmetsburg Main Street Community Theatre presents “A Christmas Story” at 7:30 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY and 2 p.m. SUNDAY at the Dinges VanOosbree Performance Center, 2206 19th St., Emmetsburg. Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased online at www.mainstreetcommunitytheatre.com or at the door one hour prior to curtain.

EMMETSBURG — Palo Alto Arts Council presents Classics at the Riviera Theatre at 4:30 p.m. SUNDAY. “White Christmas” will be shown. Admission is free.

HUMBOLDT — The Humboldt Area Arts Council is holding its 2022 Tour of Homes from 2 to 5 p.m. SATURDAY. Tickets may be purchased at the Art Center, 906 Sumner Ave., Humboldt, on Saturday. Tickets are $20 per person and include an adult beverage. All homes will close at 5 p.m. There will be activities and raffles for prizes at the Art Center until 7 p.m.

LEHIGH — The Lehigh United Methodist Church is holding its Second Sunday Supper from 5 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY for a freewill offering. A variety of soups with dessert and a drink will be served. Carryouts will be available, bring your own container.

FORT DODGE — Lights at Kennedy is 6 to 9 p.m. TODAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY at Kennedy Park Campground, 1415 Nelson Ave. Freewill donations will be accepted.

FORT DODGE — The Iowa Central Community College Music Department presents “Sounds of the Season” vocal concert at 7 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY in the Bioscience Auditorium. Admission is free. There will be a holiday reception with holiday treats from 5 to 6:30 p.m. prior to today’s concert.

FORT DODGE — The First Covenant Choir will present its Christmas Cantata at 7 p.m. SATURDAY and 10:30 a.m. SUNDAY at First Covenant Church, 201 Ave. H. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Prior to each concert, the First Covenant Praise Band will be playing. A freewill offering will be accepted.

FORT DODGE — The Trinity Singers of Trinity United Methodist Church, 838 N. 25th St., will present its annual Christmas Cantata at 5:30 p.m. SATURDAY and 9:30 a.m. SUNDAY, both at the church. The Cantata is title “Time for Rejoicing” and will feature the 25 plus member Trinity Singers.

FORT DODGE — Fun with Santa is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. SATURDAY at First United Methodist Church, 1002 First Ave. N. There will be free pictures with Santa, story time, activities and crafts. Lunch and dessert are free.
